#1 Russia is a troubled society that nonetheless continues to move upward.

We were a largely peaceful and prosperous society that is now swiftly declining in nearly every aspect of governance and social cohesion.

Russian longevity and fertility are increasing. Ours are declining. The Russian military is getting stronger and Russia's influence in the world is steadily increasing. Our military is increasingly hollowed out by political virtue signaling and careerism, and our influence in Asia and Europe is now waning.

We're going down. They're going up.
Perhaps we and Russia will meet in the middle at some point.

#3 At some point the flow of talented scientists, expert mathematicians and engineers from places like Russia to the US will dry up.

Why take a $300k a year job in Silicon Valley if more than half is commandeered by an incompetent and corrupt political elite that funds illegals, tells your kids they're racist deplorables, subjects them to Tranny story hour and Heather Has 17 Genders, unleashes dudes-in-a-dress invading and committing rapes in the little girls' bathroom -- and then denies them admission to top universities ten years later in favor of Wakandan and other favored race-spawn whose math and writing skills are below those of a Russian 12 year-old?

We got lucky. Our tech and economic prowess was built with the help of brilliant Jewish and other immigrants fleeing their homelands' devastation in the last century.

This century we won't be so lucky.

Well, we had a good run, didn't we?
