#5 China has been trying to copy the Seal program for some time now, with limited success. 4 of their PLANMC guys were captured in 2016 by an Indian patrol vessel when they were conducting exercises without informing anyone. They were made to stay in a hotel and respectfully sent back in a naval copter.
