probably not effective in close combat, but it's possible they have learned how to work the drone mounted weapons and other tech stuff

#6 Garth, I didn't actually mean tech proficiency - although it in issue because tech competence requires competent training. It's more like: they've no discipline, no unit cohesion. They, how shall I put it, they are not soldiers.

Agreed. They are bully boys who beat and rob children and rape unprotected women on the way to tormenting them to death as their preferred methods of terrorizing the civilian population into submission.
