This is an economic Katrina (Latrina"??). An unmitigated disaster. It would qualify under law or insurance policies as an example of force majeur.

As with any such incident, we understand that no individual or individual decision is to blame. No one needs happy talk or spinning. We just need serious, responsible, mature adults to face the situation, roll up their sleeves and start fixing matters.

Which of course is way too much to demand when your nation is ruled by contemptuous, corrupt, depraved morons
