#3 It has been many years since I had read the History of The Russo Japanese War. China played its part as it normally did. That is basically why I have such a low opinion of them today. Look at Biden what he is doing as an contemporary example. Greed, graft, corruption are all in play. Getting anything done or corrected is at best an afterthought.
