#3 Biden may have confused whether Planned Parenthood can legally perform abortions with whether it can legally use the federal subsidies it receives to directly fund an abortion.

Typical ignorance/lies about the fungibility of money. It doesn't matter what pocket the money comes out of. Federal funds can only pay the electric bills? Okay, the money that would have to be spent on electric bills can now be spent on abortions. Disgusting.

This is a major problem with foreign aid too.
