#2 Ennahda won 37% of the parlimentary vote in 2011 and 28% in 2014

some of the decline is because there are more political parties competing

the leader of Ennahda, Ranchid al Ghannouchi is almost 80 years old and has led the Ennahda movement for almost 4 decades

its a good question whether this movement will continue to shrink and die or whether they will reconstitute themselves as a more militant group or get a new charismatic leader
