#2 The ROK's new 800-km missles,espec iff "dual-use", means that any mil intervening PLA forces may be limited to the Yalu or north of the Yalu, as separate or exclusive from PLA contingents already based inside the DPRK to protect the Pyongyang Govt.

As per Rising China, it means more difficulties or barriers for them in achieving permanent + unchallenged strategic access for the PLA fom the ECS into WESTPAC + NORPAC. WIDOUT "SOLE" SOVEREIGN CONTROL OF TAIWAN + DIAOYU/SENKAKU ISLANDS + SOUTH CHINA SEA[Okinawa?], CHINA WILL HAVE TO ACCEPT PROJECTING POWER FROM ITS OWN COASTS, NOT OVERSEAS BASES VEE THE "FIRST ISLAND CHAIN".

Either that, or China must wage major war agz Russia for control of the RFE, as well as CENTASIA.
