#1 So the US Gov't money buys cell phones for the poor from Fred and Abigail Pollak's TracFone Wireless. Abigail then hosts fund raising dinners and sends ~~laundered~~ that money to Champs reelction campaign ? BTW, TracFone is a subsidiary of América Móvil, hense the "Nional Museum of the American Latino" connection.

#3 Bobby, they hardly have pay phones anymore. Besides, even if they did, they wouldn't work in the neighborhoods where the free cell phone recipients live. And the recipients 'need' a phone so they can call 911 - and of course, so they can be called with job offers after their interviews, and for their self-esteem.
