China is perfectly right on the Uighur score. They knew the rapid rise of islamists after 9/11 had increased morale enough to fuel jihad as far as the orient. So they contained their 'islamist types', effectively quarantining them away, with a media blackout. There they are desperately using everything from psychology to neurochemistry to alter the minds of the Turkic savages.

Every sane country should have done this right after 9/11. The islamists are only empowered by our inability to meet them halfway on the path to inhumanity. Some evils can only be fought with evil. Islam is one such evil. Nobody cried 'oh humanity' when soldiers had to burn, execute and bomb germans to victory, or the use of agent orange or hiroshima.

Sometimes, violence is necessary.

The islamic bastards whining about cruelty to muslims can just denounce their religion and turn Buddhist or atheist to save their families. That they don't means their islamic identity is dearer to them than anything. Fuck 'em.

Spain had a similar policy in 1492, though the preferred alternative was Roman Catholicism, and didn't have much of a problem till much recently.
