#2 Nkor is one [an]other Satellite Soviet border buffer states, as is Mongolia. We have seen how successful that failed fiscal strategy was in the Eastern Bloc, ala Ukraine, which required intervention, Georgia, also Azerbaijan and Armenian. As Magpie suggests, citizen tensions rise as foreign aid drops.
