#1 I fervently supported Mr. Bush in 2000. Contributed to the campaign, had a bumper sticker on my car. So I'll accept nothing less than a marquisate.

#3 They accused President Lincoln of trying to be an emperor, too - and for the same reasons.What I fear is that some young idiots will take McDermott and his ilk seriously and act on their words.We know what happened way back then.
