That right there is some serious bullshit. While I lack direct knowledge of the IRS's internal auditing selection process, this is the first time in my thirty+ years in public accounting that I've heard about the supposed IRS 'annual audit(s) of POTUS and VPOTUS'. If this was established IRS procedure, I sure as hell would have heard about it by now.
