Personally, I can blame the Newt. Term limits were part of the deal he dropped. How many of these clowns (in both parties) would be here today if term limits were passed in the early 90s?

#9 We tried term limits for the California state legislature. It didn't work. Today our state legislators are as leftist and crooked as you can possibly imagine. It is apparently easy for the villains who sponsor them to find stooges to take their places.
