Why would they? The Russians control the inputs to it and had already shut it off. Would be easier to blow up the ones going through Ukraine and blame them for it. Makes no sense.

Poland, Nordic countries or the Baltic states make a lot more sense. Keeps the Germans from backing out.

The depth at the two locations is only 140 feet, so in reach for a well trained diver. Any country that has underwater commercial companies could have done this, and that is a lot more than just the 3 the talking head claimed.
