#5 I think of it as the problem of "assembly line medicine" where patients are treated the same as mass produced 'things' according to the procedures set up for The Totally Average Person™. Hint: we are all different.

#7 The thing that bothers me is that the hospital staff were pretty much willing to commit kidnapping to keep her husband from taking her home.

#8 In August, 2020, I had a carotid artery cleaned out (carotid endarterectomy) in that hospital and spent the night. Sweet daytime nurse.

IIRC, no vaccinations available at that time.
