It is not a 'personnel matter'.
It is a teacher with a serious Mental Illness & perversion.

A mentally ill teacher that is still allowed private one on one interactions with kids, while displaying and enjoying its perversion.

The lathe as well, mister. 2 hours, each and every station, 8 hour days, until all stations are accounted for and qualified. Just like real life. Five minute break between each station, 30 minutes halfway for lunch.
