#2 If an ARSONIST with a fire bomb trespassed on my or any of my neighbors house properties, in my neck of the woods.

The arsonist would not have to be "forced to the ground". Because Gravity would have kicked in for dead meat.

HOWEVER!
I do agree ... a person criminal trespassing having just "Matches/Lighter" alone, only warrants hold for police. After all I am NOT a Liberal-Socialist-Democrat.
