#3 If he doesn't like the Bill of Rights, he is free to submit amendments to the Constitution to remove them.

#4 I believe he is correct.

I also believe that it is good the founding fathers added it when they did (which at the time was hotly debated) so it can keep people like Clyburn from completely depriving us of those rights.
