both attempt a very large sample of employers however, given that there are 150 million employed, a difference of 60k in the 'total' isn't much

#2 Mediocre Jobs Report link fixed. Sometimes the automatic quotation marks around the URL causes problems for reasons I do not understand, but the fix is simply removing them. :-)
