Prices for the May pipeline hack lasting 4 to 6 days, reached $1.25+ a gallon

Prices for this nut roll lasting 6+ days are nudging 20 to 24 cents?

WHY the big difference.

The hack was computer related.
The hurricane was reality related.
Anything run by computer costs more than reality can allow.
