#1 I vote that most of DC be returned to Maryland, just like Arlington was returned to Virginia.
Leave the Federal triangle; the rest goes to Maryland.
At least that will stop the residents from whining about taxation without representation. I didn't vote for the sales tax on a DC hotel room, but I still have to pay it.
