#2 LOL a "repeating rifle"? A k98? That's an old-fashioned bolt-action rifle! What, as opposed to a single-shot flintlock or something?
The k98 has a 5 round fixed magazine! It feeds with stripper clips!
I love how they tried to make a rifle from the late 1800s sound scary.

#4 Bit of trivia about the Swiss K31. If you take the buttplate off, you'll likely find a piece of paper with name and village of the first man issued the weapon.
