There were F-5A through F5F delivered to Iran in the 70s

In a cargo plane, there is room to lay out a prayer mat. But in a cramped fighter, you have to cut holes in the mat for the rudder pedals. Sometimes things get a bit tangled up...

#15 I am not sure it was a pilot, a real pilot wouldn't get in the danged thing.

They got some dude from the Quds guard to get in it and they told him it was a peddle car.

He hit the throttle and the rest is messy history.
