#2 You can't just take any ship anywhere and dock ! There is maritime law. The shipping licenses should be cancelled and all these do-gooders jailed for trafficking and abetting criminal trespass of ports and infiltration by just whoever can make pathetic faces at a camera and give a sob story.

#4 I suspect it's not legal to take on passengers without being able to provide for them; if lifeboats are a requirement, food and water are, too. MSF should be shut down for operating an unsafe passenger line. Or for slave-taking; their motives aren't clear.

That's why they won't return them to Libya, it has been deemed unsafe, although it was safe enough for the sub-Saharan ~~migrants~~ colonists to disembark for Europe there. Indeed, the do gooders should be arrested, charged with human trafficking and their ships impounded, scuttled or sold at auction.
