#1 Hush money is not illegal. Hush money that came from campaign funds would be illegal. Its much ado about nothing as far as I can tell unless Cohen has some prove the money came from the campaign funds which I can't imagine he can.

So basically Mueller gets a hollow victory, Dems get talking points, and it might be enough to influence voters in November but I doubt it.
