#1 Mecca seems like an ideal spot for a nightmarish plague breakout. Do they take precautions? I mean how hard would it be for a militant Hindi to contract smallpocks and visit Mecca? With all those folks crammed together circling around the big block I would think half the Islamic world could be infected before anyone knew it.
