#1 While this data doesn't tell us exactly why this happens, a mix of structural issues could've contributed and "each are really disturbing,"

Is the "study" including Planned Parenthood" centers as a hospital stay? No mention of drug usage, or did I miss it? What about prenatal care? Could it be the same or similar "social issues" that account for violent death of so many urban youth ?

Person B fixes a few things per day

Person A fixed the symptoms
Person B fixed the causes.
