Unemployment Rate in Iran increased to 12.10 percent in the first quarter of 2018 from 11.90 percent in the fourth quarter of 2017. Unemployment Rate in Iran averaged 11.70 percent from 2001 until 2018, reaching an all time high of 14.70 percent in the first quarter of 2002 and a record low of 9.50 percent in the fourth quarter of 2008.

#3 That would be the official unemployment rate, I assume. The younger generation has had severe problems finding employment as far back as I can remember. Hence the high reported levels of drug use, suicide, and female occasional prostitution.
