#3 Discover who's on the official Left hierarchy of 'victims'. Women have been below Muslim for a while (thus the pass for behaviors towards women in Muslim dominated countries). This will pass from the Legacy Infotainment Enterprises quickly. Besides, its Minnesota, they don't seem to care about such behaviors among the 'community'.

#8 Folks don't like political tricks and releasing this so close to the election smells like such a trick. Also his core fans probably applaud a bit of wife beating. Makes me wonder if Ellison didn't release the news himself.
