#4 The end game is stupid. The President can declassify anything they want, so this disqualified to run is based on them finding documents he 'forgot' to declassify or that were mislabeled? That's daft. And if that technicality somehow works it'll push more people onto team Desantes.

Jarrett said, even US Code, defined by the Congress cannot modify the Constitution without an actual Constitutional Amendment approved by the States, thus nullifying this tactic.
