*Bah* *Humbug!* The Euros went all 'Holier-than-Thou!' in the 90's over the Kyoto Treaty as well, but they first made sure that intensive CO2-producing industries like the cement producers and steel plants were exempt from any restrictions! "Vital to national interests" ... or many politicians' retirement funds.
