#1 I suspect the UK's GCHQ in Cheltenham was used as a vehicle to collect on selected US Person targets from a roster as provided by a possibly unwitting (or witting) Trump campaign associate Carter Page. At the bottom will probably be found former Directer CIA John Brennan with the full knowledge and consent of the first black president and #10 Downing Street.

I further suspect that a great many in the congress are fully aware of the GCHQ connection and are complicit in the cover up.

#5 The FBI and CIA thought they could control the elections. They really thought they could stop the disruption caused by a third party candidate, Trump. The two party oligarch kept the sheep fed and the top of the parties and agencies rich and in power. They underestimated the power of our constitution and the people who believe in it.
