#7 I live in Gardnerville and the Sheriff is overwhelmingly supported here. This is a very conservative and quiet little area at the bottom of the Carson Valley, well out of the insanity roiling the urban areas. This is a foolish act by a petty local bureaucrat at the library board in response to a single persons urging by a BLM supporter from Carson City. The Sheriff reacted emotionally and in keeping with the overwhelming opinion of his voters, but gained national attention and waved a red cape in front of the revolutionary Antifa crowd two hours away over the Sierra Nevada mountains in Sacramento. Dammit, I’m too old d for this crap but it seems the BS found me even here.
