#2 Jimmy Rasta, the one-time Malaitan Eagle Force militia leader who went on to lead a criminal gang in the Solomon Islands, has agreed that his "boys" will hand in their weapons to be publicly destroyed in a ceremony on August 15.
A pig was roasted and a bamboo band played on the island of Malaita to celebrate the agreement yesterday between Rasta and the Australian-led intervention task force.
