#1 So what happens after they are apprehended? I guess 3400 had other criminal violations and can be held, but are the other 50,000 just transported to the cities and released, like the Feds do?

#4 Treat it as a border violation case - *NOT* a
immigration case (because they are not immigrants!) and simply deport them. No Immigration courts or process, etc... Straight to the border.
