Trump is cutting the state.
Obama massively increased regulatory size and complexity
Obama wanted to nationalise the american people. Got someone falsely arrested to deflect blame.
Used the state to harass political opponents and reward friends.
Ignored law breaking by the politically connected.

#7 I don't remember Hitler pulling troops back from multiple wars, having improved race relations, and trying to keep people OUT of Germany with warnings and the hopes he'd be allowed to build a wall to stop them.
