#1 Report and be damned, to mangle a quote.

#3 That was a great album, Captain America. Me and my friends probably listened to it 100 times in the summer of '72. I can still recite whole routines by heart.

#4 We have a super silly attitude? Well, shit, look who we're dealing with here...

#5 Au contraire. We are not isolated in our opinion of your international law. We simply don't give a rat's ass about your opinions. You can stickem' where the sun don't shine. just as you expected.

#6 Did't one of our Presidents once state, when he had a clash with a Supreme Court Justice, something to the extent of "He has his opinion, now let him enforce it."?

I know the quote and the participants, but right now I'm drawing a blank.

I'd like to see this supercilious retard try to enforce her "international law".

Bring it on, babe, but, you see, a lot of us here in the USA have guns - a lot of guns.

So, send in the blue helmets to enforce your international law. It'll be an interesting couple of days.

#7 Check out Christine's resume... She's a lifelong parasite and snob, Charter member of the Chattering Class, and now a Great High Muckety-Muck of the Vulture Elite. Pushing people like this on the UN is how France keeps unemployment below 80%.

#8 Oh, I forgot to add that the others on the "UNHRC" are likely equally "qualified".

#9 The President that said the above quote was Andrew Jackson I believe.

#10 it's all so quaint - that 20th century chatter about blaming the US imperialist occupiers. They asked the question, what if you have a war and no one shows up - well we have an answer to that now - women and children get rounded up and the young men are slaughtered by the thousands in fields of daisies.

#11 Well, she's right. We shouldn't just answer back in only English. Let's give them the answers next time in Navajo. Or Tohono O'odham.

#12 Speaking to journalists during a briefing, Committee President Christine Chanet said the US delegation seemed to think that international law on matters of human rights did not apply to them beyond their territory.

And the other political entity in Cuba does? The entire committee is AWOL from the daily human rights violations by Havana. Now tell me about this proportionality thingy?

UN = Holy Roman Empire. Useless relic of the past.

#13 As long as the delegates are in one place, I would like to arrange a showing of "Hotel Rwanda" or "How The UN Allowed Indiscriminate Slaughter, Without Really Trying."

#14 Enforcement of international law, involves devolving national sovereignty into what is referred to as: "Statutes of the Tribunal." The US has participated in processes where Tribunal operations are consistent with US values. But who wants their country pillorized by socialist overachievers who resent America's success and deny Euro-stagnation?

#15 Maybe we could internationalize their conference a bit better by hiring Monty Pythons Circus to sit in for Bolton?

That was Andrew Jackson on Chief Justice Madison, I believe.

#18 Yup. The subject was the confiscation of Cherokee lands where gold had been found in Georgia, and the forced removal of the Cherokee nation to Oklahoma by the US army.

It's known as the Trail of Tears because over 2/3 of them died on the walk.

#20 Last time I checked we have a constitution, that was designed to protect the people from foreign governments forcing their will on us. The UN is nothing more than a group of foreign governments trying to force its collective will on us. Bolten is doing a great job of telling them to FOAD.

#21 Swamp Blonde, How about sign language? I know one 'sign' (or gesture) which I think everyone here will be willing to give the UN...

#22 That would work, too, as long as it's an "indigenous" language, 'cause we're all down with that multiculturalism shit. ;)
