#2 *shrug* Iran sponsors terrorism in Lebanon, Gaza, Iraq, Bahrain, and tried in Egypt...wherever it can find a few Shiites or other Muslims who can be seduced to violence. I'd say the two countries are about equal, O Iran PressTV journalist. What caused this sudden eruption of well-known facts, I wonder?

Iran. Jihad is state policy. In Saudi, jihad is state religion but does not have the organization and resources that a state can bring. It's more diffuse and easier for a target state to counter if it has the will.
