Moments after this threat he should have been beaten senseless. Fourteen hours later, he should have been taken to a nearby medical clinic to see if any injuries had occurred. These cops need some co-training with LA Sherriff's Dept. to sharpen up.

"neutraility" during WW2 they acted as a springboard for the Natzi's to invade "Allied" Norway where they nearly succeeded in creating the worlds first nuke, fortunately the Brits and the Norweigans put a stop to it.

#10 Actually, funny thing, they don't call themelves "Kosovars" but "Albanese".
(Kosovo Pole, that gave the name to the region, is a Serbian name, meaning "A Field [battlefield] of Kos", -ovo is a possessive sufix, common in other Slavic lingos)
