#4 I dunno, to me he feels like all bark and no bite. He talks a lot but he also jumps around a bunch too. Abbott may not be perfect but he is a known quantity.

#5 Mentioned a couple of things he wants to blame on Texas but never said what he would do about it. In the mean time Abbott has already said what he will do about those problems before this guy pops up to beat a dead horse.
