A mentally ill She-IT.

A 28-year-old born female, Audrey Elizabeth Hale, became a Mental case and adopted Transgenderism as Aiden Hale, a Want-A-Be male.

This She-IT killed 3 nine‑year‑old children and 3 adults before being killed by 2 Police officers.

Despite over 50 years of well researched and documented studies, volumes of violence based arrests, sexual attacks and public sexual displays done in front of children, by this group of violent Sexually Mentally Ill perverts.

The LSD's continue to defend Transgenders for their all too often sexually violent mental illness.

#5 The judge can't copyright. It has to be given by the copyright office, that includes filings.

#6 Definitely not a lawyer, but my pitiful understanding is that if you make it, it is yours and you hold the copyright.

From the US Copyright Office:
When is my work protected?

Your work is under copyright protection the moment it is created and fixed in a tangible form that it is perceptible either directly or with the aid of a machine or device.

Even though something is copyrighted, Fair Use still applies:
Under the fair use doctrine of the U.S. copyright statute, it is permissible to use limited portions of a work including quotes, for purposes such as commentary, criticism, news reporting, and scholarly reports.

So excerpts of the "manifesto" could be reported, but I suspect the whole thing is too appalling, even in small bites.

#7 Anything written, spoken, or recorded is automatically copyrighted by the producer of that material. Legal copyright only certifies the ownership and rights granted to copyrighted material. The original copyright belongs to Ms. Hale. How her heirs decide to distribute them is up to them. The "judge" is creating copyright law that doesn't actually exist, and needs to be called on it.

#8 Given shooter was the owner and a Adult. For the its parents to have give the ownership to the victims family. There have to be written xfer of ownership from it itself. However, given it was part of a Public Crime, it should have became states evidence and Public domain once the court process was over.

What I see is more LSD / LGBT? Stalling, to avoid the mental illness issues and real dangers of Transgenderism from being on public display.

…and dead, probably without a will, which probably means her parents as nearest relatives would inherit her estate without any significant paperwork needed. I’m not a lawyer, but we went through all that when setting up a trust for trailing daughter #1, who will probably need that protection the rest of her life.
