#4 My memory of security at these hi-tech clubs in London is that they are pretty good. But I doubt the bouncers at Tiger-Tiger could read a 53 page report without falling asleep or asking for help. Obviously, they were oblivious to VBIEDs since they only noticed a Merc angled into a dumpster "after" it started to smoke inside.

#5 The Mercedes crashed into the dumpster, then the driver got out and ran away in a cloud of vapour, Jack. At least according to yesterday's reports. *That's* what the bouncers down the street noticed.
