#1 Enough with the facing.

We keep hearing this shit, I want to hear cell doors slamming and keys being thrown away.

#2 You'd think they could move as fast as they did on Timothy McVeigh. Then again, the fed was the target and they sort of took that one personally.

#3 Federal charges seem to be the way to go, since the local politicians and law enforcement seem to be uninterested in stopping even minor antifa-related crimes

#4 Yes. Federal charges rarely reach the stage of a trial. Pleas are the best way for defendants to avoid long sentences.

#5 use of explosives, arson, use of explosives to commit a felony, arson conspiracy, use of a destructive device, civil disorder, and making or possessing a destructive device

No attempted MURDER, WMDs, conspiracy?

Pleas are the best way for defendants to avoid long sentences.

And hangings.

#7 Affirmative action admissions. Affirmative action hires. Probably will have little trouble being re-admitted to the bar in Commifornia in a few years.

#9 Remember the peril of jury nullification and the venue. If its NYC metro area, jurors will be terrified to convict fearing retribution, especially the white ones. When the rule of law fractures, old expectations are hard to shed, but I think we have suddenly found how deep the rot and hate for traditional American culture and institutions has gone.
