#4 LAPD is not to be confused with LA Mayor Eric Garcetti or LA County DA George Gascon. Los Angeles may not be completely down the drain yet. Besides, mid terms are rapidly approaching and riots are not the greatest optics for a Democrat Party that is about to be clobbered at the polls.
