The law prohibits all corporations or limited liability companies from owning or leasing farmland or ranchland, with some exceptions.

I would like to read articles with all relevant details on this law. Also like to know the real estate taxes Bill Gates pays nationwide. Also like to know how / who / etc. sets those tax rates.
I know in resort areas, vacation homes (those not owner occupied year around) are taxed at higher levels than other categories.
