All kidding aside, this is a wonderful bit of happiness that my hometown should enjoy, because in a few weeks we'll be forever associated with the 2016 Republican Convention.

1) The Red Sox won the WS. I was in Boston and can appreciate what Clevelanders feel like.

2) Cleveland has won a championship.

3) Now, as per #3, it's up to the Cubs.
