Oh yes, anyone who tries to defend himself against ~~rioters~~ peaceful protesters and blacks taking reparations from citizens.

The part on 'Militia Violent Extremists' is most striking, since it seeks to destroy the 2A altogether, if I understand correctly.

That would be the Democrat election official in Detroit who threatened his Republican colleague with harassment and violence if she didn't drop her request for an audit.

That would be Chuck Schumer standing in front of SCOTUS and threatening mob violence against two sitting SCOTUS justices.

That would be Democrats who flooded the Capitol and stalked Congressmen, threatening them if they didn't vote against Kavanaugh.
