The do called "non-affiliation requirement" of the IRS statutes has actually never been challenged got it's constitutionality on Federal Court per one preacher and if it was to be challenged would not stand up in court (asked Obama's Reverand Wright or the Reverand Jesse Jackson, or the decendents of Reverand Martin Luther King).
