#2 I seriously doubt Zawahiri and Bin Laden are both in Pakistan with increased drone activity, for the same reason the vp and president are separated when under siege. OBL seems to be isolated from current news, though. Islam and conflict is spreading in Africa, but there are other areas he has previously frequented where he could be hiding without much notice. International waters, for one.
